[November 17th, 2009] Kathy and I want to express deep appreciation to the response of our current financial needs. In the past 3 months we’ve witnessed a wonderful outpouring of cash gifts toward our recent deficit of cash expenses. With that we’ve been able to become current again on our house payment and medical insurance. Your sacrifical response has really humbled us and to tell the truth its left me speechless for some time.
While we’ve caught up on so much, we’re still working to take care of other obligations such as repaying our income taxes and Social Security account, and also our house escrow account for 2008 which we depleted trying to keep our house payments and health insurance going. If we were to come back to zero today on those we would need to see another $14,000 (taxes and Social Security $8000, house escrow account $6000) come in. If you would simply pray with us on that, we would so appreciate it.
Monthly support has increased. We’re still waiting to see how that all works itself out. In the meantime I believe we still require about $1500 per month to cover our monthly budget.
You can help us know exactly where we’re at by renewing your Faith Promise. We need you to complete a new Faith Promise form online or by printing one and sending it in. This is the only way we can count your gifts against our monthly budget needs.
If you feel led to contribute a cash offering toward our budget you can give online, or mail a check directly. More information is at this page.
