Run for the Race Camp, Kemerovo, Siberia 1997-- These were our small group leaders. I taught a course on Discipleship By Design. This is absolutely my all-time favorite group of young Russian leaders. Kemerovo Run for the Race small group. November 1999 we taught an HIV/AIDS conf at Ulan Batar, Mongolia. After our conference we spend an day and night in a Yurt. This is the area outside our yurt in Mongolia (1999) Our friend Mark riding a Mongolian horse.
Here I am teaching at our Crossroads conference at a science university in Minsk. The Minsk conference-- Kathy teaches. This was the first conference that we had where we ran into hard core Marxists. Minsk, Belarus. This is the beautiful war memorial park overlooking the rebuild "old town" section of Minsk. 90% of Minsk was destroyed during world war 2.
